Custom shower base inlays permanently repair cracks in the bottom of fiberglass, plastic and acrylic fixtures. A properly installed shower base inlay won’t crack or delaminate from the surface. It is a permanent fix. Shower base inlays are custom manufactured to your measurements.

What is a shower inlay?
An inlay is a custom manufactured piece of laminate that completely covers the bottom of a shower base. Using special adhesive, a permanent bond is created to the shower base. The end result is a permanently repaired fixture.
What does an inlay do?
Inlays permanently repair cracks in fiberglass, plastic and acrylic shower bases. The damaged base is permanently repaired with a brand new slip resistant base.
What type of fixtures can a shower inlay be used on?
Fiberglass, plastic and acrylic bathtub and shower bottoms.
What types of surfaces are not suitable for a tub inlay?
They are not suitable for porcelain, ceramic, pressed steel shower bases.
Can I custom order an anti-slip surface for my inlay?
All inlays come standard with a built-in anti-slip surface. It’s never an extra cost.
What about the edge of the inlay?
Our precision manufactured inlays have an attractive beveled edge that blends right in with the fixture.
How durable are inlays?
Extremely durable. The new inlay will permanently bond to the existing shower base. A properly installed inlay will not leak, crack or delaminate.
What if the tub or shower bottom is soft?
Not a problem. We simply drill a few holes in the the fixture base and fill with Froth Pak The base will be shored up nicely. There’s no need to patch the holes, because the inlay will permanently cover them.
How long before I can use my shower?
24 hours to shower.
How should I clean the inlay?
Clean as you would any fiberglass, acrylic or plastic surface.
Does the inlay come with a guarantee?
Yes. We give a 5 year warranty.
Will the inlay come loose?
No. The inlay will permanently bond to the original base.
